On top of that, Vattanac Capital is also pursuing Gold Certification in LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), recognition under the United States Green Building Council which is a set of rating systems for the design, construction, operation and maintenance of green buildings, homes and neighborhoods.

Shaped like a dragon’s back and incorporating elements of fengshui and traditional Naga motifs, the 188‐metre, 39‐storey Vattanac Capital Tower already dominates Phnom Penh’s skyline. Vattanac Capital was also awarded the best commercial property in South East Asia in 2012.

As a rapidly expanding of organization, we are seeking to recruit a qualified candidate to fulfill the position of:


  • Provide an effective auditing system for the activities of the Cost Control function
  • Review all storeroom requisitions daily to ensure that the actual amount issued are controlled
  • Provide Heads of Departments with the cost figures, recipes costing that necessary for them to operate their individual center profitably
  • Ensure the accuracy of Cost Report preparation, Investigate cost discrepancy
  • Implement cost/inventory policy and procedure


  • Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance or any relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position; experience with inventory management and/or commercial and retail services is preferred
  • Strong experiences in cost and inventory analysis
  • Advanced Excel Skills, ability to work with lookups and pivot tables
  • Knowledge of SUN accounting system is desirable
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self‐motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects


  • Assist accounting supervisor for the effective running of AP area, ensuring that meets its compliance obligations for Vattanac Properties Limited
  • Assist accounting supervisor for new set-up and implementation of accounting system, policy and procedures
  • Responsible for verifying and posting all supplier’s invoices
  • Reconcile supplier’s statements of accounts with payable reports
  • Responsible for the accurate control and record of account payable
  • Monitor, checking and process payments in according to supplier’s credit terms and conditions
  • Assist in preparation of annual budget and audit planning
  • Other task assigned by the Finance Management


  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance and or any relevant field
  • At least 1 to 2 years involved with real estate property finance
  • Knowledge of computer administrator and accounting systems
  • Excellent written Khmer & English and other languages will be a priority
  • Able to perform multi task
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Trustworthy and able to work under pressure


– Study an overall picture of company’s projects

– Conduct regular meeting with leasing and retail team

– Create and implement new effective marketing plan and strategy

– Submit the marketing plan and strategy to top management

– Create and maintain good relationship with all existing and new supplier and local social media

– Attend business and networking events

– Write articles related to the company’s project for public media and press to publish for company’s brand and other benefit such awareness

– Set marketing budget

– Conduct market research and study competitor marketing plan and strategy

– Create weekly marketing report to top level of management

– Other tasks assign by the top management


– Bachelor degree in marketing, business administration or a similar skills

– At least 5 years’ experience in marketing within property service industry

– Excellent in communication and negotiation skills

– Problem solving and time Management skills

– Strong commitment in target achievement

– Good writing Khmer & English and other language will be a priority

– Advance IT skill in using Internet, Email, Ms World, Excel, Power Point and Power Point Presentation

– Trustworthy and able to work under pressure


– Provided an overall picture of company’s legal advice on tender documents

– Representing the corporation before administrative boards and court trials

– Consulting and handling all corporate legal processes

– Developing company policy and position on legal issues

– Researching, anticipating and guarding company against legal risks

– Review all company’s contracts where the Company has committed itself and assess legal implications to bring to the Executive Director’s attention

– Drafting legal documents

– Prepare, review and modify contractual legal rights to assist and support various business activities

– Reviewing new business relationships with vendors and subcontractors

– Administering training workshops to staff and management

– Guiding managers on regulatory and compliance matters

– Liaise with relevant departments to ensure where legal risks have been identified and to take appropriate courses of actions

– Advise and formulating employee’s handbook


– Bachelor degree in law

– At least 2 years’ experience in commercial and labor laws

– Legal skills

– Excellent written in Khmer and English

– Strong negotiation Skills

– Problem solving kills

– Attention to detail

– Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability

– Computer skills: Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
